Terms and conditions
1. PRICING
Prices shown in the price-list as well as listed on our B2B website (by registering) https://b2b.wisehabit.com are both: Wholesale Net VAT exclusive of VAT and RRP inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time unless already invoiced.
Prices always refer to one unit and are Ex Works, Poland, EU. Packaging is always included in our price.
2. MINIMUM QUANTITIES & MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT
Please refer MOQs to our online ordering portal or our price list for information on each product.
There is a 1000€ minimum spend for each stockiest which is due before the dispatch of goods.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
The first three orders are on a pre-order payment term unless a longer payment term has been previously agreed to in writing. After building a history payment we can offer 14 days of credit.
4. FREIGHT
Freight is not included in product pricing, instead, it is calculated (at your request) and applied to your final invoice before payment and dispatch. You will receive a freight quote before your order is shipped.
In-stock items are packed within 72H.
If you place an order that contains both backorder and in- stock items, the order will be automatically split to ship in-stock items immediately. Products not available will be placed on backorder and dispatched once back in stock. Shipping fees apply to each separate order.
Free shipping - EU territory only - is for orders over 2000€.
5. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Return of faulty/broken items should occur within 5 working days of receiving them.
To report a broken item, please email the details of the damage and an image to office@wisehabit.com and quote your invoice number.
Non-delivery must be reported immediately.
All orders are final and cannot be canceled once the order has been confirmed and the final invoice has been generated.
We do not accept the return of unsold goods, change of mind, or preference of natural variation in patterned items like marble.
6. PRODUCT STANDARDS
Most tre products are handmade, therefore some variation between the same product can occur. This is not considered a fault.
7. DISTRIBUTION
tre products may not be distributed through any physical or online marketplaces, including eBay, Etsy, and similar. Selling tre products on these marketplaces breaches our distribution policy and is not allowed under any circumstance.
8. PRE-ORDERS
Estimated delivery dates for the products which are not in stock are approximate and for guidance only. Pre-orders are considered final orders and cannot be canceled once paid.
We reserve the right to cancel the production of any of the products in our range. If this occurs, the payment received for the canceled product will be refunded in full to the stockist.
9. PRODUCT MODIFICATION
tre products cannot be modified in any way for resale or distribution. If you are unsure about product usage please contact our team to discuss further.
10. LIABILITY
tre cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade.
11. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL MATERIAL
All tre product images and product copy are subject to copyright and are the property of tre. Approved tre stockists are welcome to use any of the images on the tre website to promote the product/s. High-resolution

12. AGREEMENT OF TERMS
By placing an order with tre you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately.
